- Before: They have tried some Facebook Adsto sell his courses to parents of teens in the United States but didn’t get any results. Their emails weren’t getting opened and they didn’t know what was happening with any of their marketing efforts. They were stuck with how to generate any sales.
- After: I audited their existing marketing strategies, tactics, and assets and based on this I suggested and implemented the strategies and tactics outlined below.

Marketing Strategy
- Create a connection with potential customers by making them familiar with FocusLifeInstitute (know), foster positive feelings and resonance (like), and ultimately gain the target market’s confidence and belief in the ability to deliver (trust).
- Generate a consistent and constant flow of leads
- Generate Sales
- Use Data-based campaign optimization
Marketing Tactics:
- Establish a regular posting to key social media accounts to establish an online presence and establish FLI as an active business and authority on the niche
- Create an Email Marketing Campaign for lead magnet delivery, build Know Like Trust (KLT), and to convert leads to customers
- Run Facebook Ads and YouTube Ads to drive traffic to FLI’s Lead Magnet landing pages
- Use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to implement and execute conversion tracking and measure the results of marketing activities so we can make optimization decisions based on data and not on gut feel alone.
- Build a Lead Generation Funnel to capture leads
- Switch to KIT as their CRM to manage leads and sales and implement email marketing activities and automate marketing processes

Created Automation in KIT to send a lead into an Indoctrination Email Sequence to build KNOW / LIKE / TRUST before sending them to a Sales Email Sequence.
